Aqa unit 4

How would i do 4bi?
Please help and it'd be even better if you could sketch it and explain it to me?

Sorry I'm not much of an artist but here you go.

They both have field lines "radiating" outwards but the 6nC will have about 3 field lines to every 2 of the 4nC charge. Because the 6nC has a stronger field, its field lines will look as if they are pushing the 4nC field lines back.

Told you I wasn't a great artist - I just counted the number of lines I drew around each charge. The 4nC should have about 8 lines around it since I've put 11 round the 6nC charge :colondollar:
