when referring to the course, i'd suggest just using 'Japanese'. they're going to know what you mean, and they know you're bound to apply to other universities and similar courses.
as for the modules, i'd suggest trying to identify common modules that interest you and writing about them; if you can't find any, then perhaps just write briefly about your interest in manga and how that has influenced your choice to study japanese for the next few years. that should alert the relevant unis that you're interested in studying that module without being irrelevant to unis whose courses don't include it.
