Take them just after breakfast. Some people say "They don't work cause your body can only absorb vitamins from food". That's the whole point of taking them after breakfast. Everybody already knows that your body absorbs vitamins and minerals best from food, so if you have just eaten, you take a tablet to top up the vitamins contained in that food and it is just added to that big digesting pool. More or less fooling the body into believing it is coming from the food.

A very curious discussion, vaguely reminds me of the olde saying of blind leading the blind.]
A vitamin pill is no substitute for decent healthy eating habits. Stop fooling yourself.


Hence the word SUPPLEMENT written on the packaging. No need to state the obvious. :rolleyes:
