Is '5 years after'a long time to start a master?

I want to start a MBA program but after 5 years (so that I can collect experience within the field). Will there be any problem like studying difficulties ect ect ?

Nope they actually welcome the fact you got real experience before doing an MBA. many of your course mates will have even more.
