I did an IYGB paper on PMT and then realised it didn't have a mark scheme. :frown:

Anyway, it would be great if someone could explain how I've ended up with sinx instead of tanx for this question. Thanks in advance for your help.

At the stage where you divide top and bottom by cosx, you have to divide both terms on the bottom by cosx, not just one of them.
