You would be taking over mine, my boyfriends and my friends contracts.

We are unable to live there due to circumstances beyond our control.

The rooms are reasonable and the rent is £345 a month + bills.

The letting agency is Chester Student Lets and they are all lovely and aware of our situation and the fact that someone could be taking over our contracts.

It wouldn't cost you anything extra to take over the contracts from us, its just the rent starting August 7th, 2018. (which is also the move in date).
