Looking for a replacement tenant!

Hi

I am leaving my course and would like to move out of a 7 bedroom student house. I am urgently looking for a replacement tenant. Weekly rent will be £87.75

There are 6 other female tenants who are lovely, very friendly and great fun to live with. However, since I no longer will be able to afford to pay my rent once student loan stops, I have no choice but to leave the property.
