writing, learn grammar and vocab.
reading, not much you can do.

I've got a couple of listening and writing exams on my site:

As for the reading - somewhere on AQA's site there's a list of vocab they'll use in the exams. Learn that and you should be fine.

Do some past papers.
So that you get to know the format, pretty much the same questions come up each year.
And if you know how to go about answering them you will do well.
