Revision tips
How do you revise?
Everyone prefers different methods for revising. I thought I would share mine here in case anyone wants to try!
I always hand write out my lectures and seminars. Once the week is over, I type them all out so that I have now looked over them twice. A lot of people just type them up straight away- it’s whatever you prefer!
Once the term has finished and revision starts, I attempt the mocks and specimen papers. I find the easiest way for me is to complete as many mock questions as possible because then the structure really sticks in my brain! I will find questions from seminars and even other exam papers online.
Other methods include flash cards, recording your notes and listening to them, creating diagrams and teaching someone else the topics.
