I had registered for HUMAT for 2020 but didnt give the exam. This is because Humanitas as far as I know about, doesn't have any world rank in the QS World University Ranking.
In terms of preparation, I would recommend you to practice UCAT questions along with BMAT questions. Dont need to worry about the PCMB questions.
