Help with statistics

Hey guys heres my question: There are 12 boys and 8 girls in the class. The mean of the number of times boys were absent was 3, and the standard deviation was also 3.

Show that the mean of the number of times girls were absent is 2.125.

Is there enough information provided here? if not please inform me

Lol, of course there's not enough information. The girls might never turn up, or they might always turn up - the stats about the boys don't give us a clue.

well the only information i have left is: 4 students with no lates, 6 students with 1 late each, 3 with 2 lates each, 2 with 5 lates each, 1 with 7 lates each and 1 with 10 lates

whoops each time i said lates i meant absent lol. sry my bad

Can't think of a nice solution tbh. The long way is to work out which of the students must be boys to match the mean and sd, and then draw conclusions about the girls.
