1st law of thermodynamics question

Where do the values in the answer for this question come from? The 18ml for Vi and the (22.4 x 373)/273 for Vf

for the 18ml:
what is the Mr of water?
what is the mass of 1 mole of water?
what is the relationship between mass and volume of liquid water (at the given pressure)? hint: what is the mass of 100ml of water?
and then this needs to be converted to m^3

22.4: 1 mole of an ideal gas occupies what volume?
for the 373 and 273: think about the temperatures mentioned in °C; what is this in Kelvin?
