Has this culture ceased to exist?

When Facebook began, people would show off a cigarette on their profile picture. Has this now ended? Doesn't make them clever.

Its certainly not ideal here given theyre trying to make smoking illegal (it now is for anyone who isnt 18 yet and will be forever) then again, personally, i couldnt care less.
