How do employers view a top-up degree

Hi all !!!

I was wondering to see how employers this, So my plan is to do a HNC followed by a HND and finally a years top up degree. How would employers find this, would they take it seriously as to full degree or would they view it as something lower ???
I don't think it matters. All employers are looking for are your skills. They're not looking for just a certificate. If you can explain in your CV what you have learnt throughout the time that you were studying this subject then that's all that really matters. What you have described is literally just a bachelors degree because HNC = Level 4, HND = Level 5 and then final year = Level 6, which is basically the same as a bachelors degree.
