What property surveying masters course has the best job prospects?

I'm looking to do a conversion course in surveying in April but I would like to know, from others personal experience's and opinion's, which branch of surveying has the best job prospects.

I was going to go for building surveying as its the one i'm most interested in, but then got told that there's better job opportunities with quantity surveying and by another person that real estate surveying has more steady work.

I'm least interested in quantity surveying as I don't have as much of an interested in finance. I just need some guidance as I don't want to do a masters in something where at the end I'm going to struggle getting a job.
