Hello, I know this is from a while ago but I am currently in exam season so I can relate. My stomach grumbles so much during exams, even if I have eaten. I have learnt to accept it because focusing on it will distract me from my work, and realistically everyone is concentrating on their exam so they don't have time to be listening out for your stomach. I also get really bad anxiety before exams, and used to throw up before them so I used to stress out so much during exam season. This time, I just convinced myself that stress makes everything worse, and everything will be fine. I know its easier said than done!
