Advice/Help on Paying Deposit on Rent for my 2nd Year Flat
Hi,
So, me and 3 other of my current 1st year flatmates are looking into several flats to rent for the start of Septemeber for 2nd year. I was wondering about when I would pay the deposit? Since we're planning on signing around 3-5 months before we even move in, would we be expected to pay the deposit now when we sign or just before we move in around late August/early September? Or is it different depending on the letting agent/landlord? Was just a little worried if I had to pay it right now since I'm using my 3rd maintenance loan installment to pay it.
