Isaac Physics photoelectric effect help

Calculate the maximum speed of the photoelectrons emitted when a material with an 8.4×10^−20J work function is illuminated by light of frequency 7.0×10^14Hz.
What is the minimum speed of the photoelectrons emitted?

I already got maximum speed which is 9.1x10^5 ms-1 and it is correct. How do you work out the minimum speed?

Wow... sometimes I can be so ignorant.

For anyone wondering, it is 0 ms-1.
