I have to write a lab report on an protein assay experiment i did. We used bradford assay to find how much protein was in urine samples. We were testing if proteinuria (when there is too much protein in the urine) was present. The control sample is from someone who is healthy so theyre not supposed to have proteinuria but when i measured the concentration, it was too high so that means proteinuria was present. How do i explain this in the report?
