Take over my tenancy at Calcott Ten, Coventry? Get a lower rent rate

Hi everyone,
I need to find a replacement for my tenancy at Calcott Ten in Coventry. It is a 3 minute walk from the university. I have an ensuite room and a shared kitchen. The rent is 93 pounds per week (higher on the site now). The entire process will be conducted by the official management of the property.

Taking over my tenancy would really help me because I may not be able to afford university at all if someone doesn't do this. please share this post with anyone who could benefit from it.

Only students will be allowed here. You will be sharing a kitchen with 5 people but your room will be your own with a private bathroom.
