After lockdown when school started, I'd find it so difficult to wake up on time. I would drag myself out of bed with the power of Thor. And most days I would just end up missing the entire school day because my brain decides it just doesn't want to fall asleep when I need it to. I've tried everything. Literally, everything there is to know about sleep, I have researched, consumed, etc. It's killing me. I need help. My GP failed me.. Totally blew me off without a care in the world. Gave me some Bogus scripted response that I have heard all too many times.
