Tenancy takeover Lincoln 23/24

Hi,

I am in desperate need for someone to take over my tenancy for the next academic year. The tenancy is a 50 week contract, it’s £97.50 a week with all bills included. The house is a 5 bed with 2 bathrooms. There are 4 girls all in third year.

The house is on Ashlin Grove which is two streets behind carholme road, so a 5/10 minute walk to the campus. The rooms are all large double rooms. The tenancy is due to start on the 15th august 2023. I have linked the property below however the company is lighthouse properties instead of the uni.
