Complex ions and optical isomer question help please :)

Hi so I’m revising complex ions and have learnt that for an optical isomer to form they need to have 3 bidentate ligands or 2 bidentate ligands and 2 monodentate of the cis isomer. I was just wondering if all the bidentate ligands have to be the same or if they can be different. Same with the monodentate ligands do they have to be both the same ? As for all the examples I have seen they have been the same . Thank you

It might be possible but for A-Levels it should always be the same ones to show optical isomerism (I can't say for certain about other specs tho but definitely for OCR A they'll be the same)
