Aqa a level chemistry paper 1 2017 question 7.5

As far as I’m concerned this is simply not in the spec can someone please clarify this for me? I am wrong but I’m not sure why.

Yellow is the colour when ligand exchange happens forming the [CuCl4]2- complex.
The reagent could be HCl or NaCl; the reason the question might say yellow-green is that it's in equilibrium - the more chloride ions you add the more of the complex will form and the more yellow the solution, but if there's still some of the blue hexa aqua complex it might look green.
