Any tips anyone please

So I’ve had some anxiety for over a year now and I have been getting better here and there. Last week I have finished my uni assignments and since then I’ve been feeling like there’s not much to look forward to. I have been trying to force positivity and it’s not like I’m in a terribly bad mood but slightly hopeless about a few things. I really wish that when I do stuff eg go work or go out for food etc I don’t feel this gloom over me. It’s as if I want to wait it out but idk what to do. I am also just finishing cbt for my panic and anxiety and I’m a bit lost.
