exam panic and overthinking

hiya, I've recently just done three a levels this week which I do think is quite an overwhelming thing. But after two of them I cannot help but overthink my answers and already assume the worst outcome. I know that many others are just the same as me but is there any advice someone can give that won't force me to believe that I'm not going to uni next year?
It’s really difficult and something I struggled with last year but I think using that energy of thinking you didn’t do your best on the next papers instead. So going all out in the upcoming papers by staying focused and knowing you have to do well in them. I also would say don’t speak to people after exams or look up answers online because it will get you to compare and overthink even more about everything that went wrong. I would also distract myself with other things like Netflix.
if the worst possible outcome happened - what would you do then?
