Edexcel government and politics revision question

Hi, I'm in year 12 atm doing edexcel a level politics and my mock is coming up on the UK government paper. I was going through past papers and noticed that they have a question on every unit. Could you get away with learning 3 of them, and let's say leave one out like the relationship between branches?

Obviously its probably best to learn all 4, but I don't see why learning 3 very well wouldn't be enough to get a good grade
I'm in year 13 doing a levels rn and I would say, as someone who did leave out topics and still got predicted A*, it would be fine to do it for mocks in year 12 and Feb year 13 but I would not risk it for actual a levels. There is a chance you could get a really horrible question on one of the other topics and the question on the one u did not study could be very easy. MORE importantly they could ask 2 questions on one topic in which case you would be screwed.
