A Level Maths Trig

I've done part i and part ii fine, but for part iii, I've gotten a bit stuck. I know that you can manipulate the expression to get 6sin^2 (1/3 theta) = k, but I'm not sure as to how you'd progress from there. Any help would be appreciated

If you sketched 6sin^2() over the domain, how could there just be two solutions?

Thats about it. What would the min and max values be as they would correspond to the range (k) and would the inequalities be strict or ...
