depressed

Ive tried to get help before and I cant. I tried those online helplines and childline buts its nothing more than someone reading off a script, they dont even address you with what you have said - completly useless. im so depressed
I'm so sorry about that. Things can be really tough and they tend to put us in an isolating corner. I'm not going to give you any cliche affirmations because those are just annoying. I can recommend a few channels on YouTube: Psych2Go, Aperture and Freedom in Thought. I don't know if they will help you, but you seem to be reaching out and this is the best I can do in return.
Good luck!
