range in a radians question

So I calculated the maximum value of the angle and i got what they got in the markscheme, however I did 1.15...-1.105...=0.04...
I thought that's what you're supposed to do to calculate the range. Could someone please explain how they got 1.106?

Here's the question and markscheme

Their answer is the two parts quoted so the range is
min theta ... max theta
Note they round each value to 3dp to whats achieveable, not the nearest value.

Generally a range is an interval, so min...max, rather than max-min.

The range given in the answer is
[1.106,1.150]

So the ... is just another way to say it.
