Here is the question and mark scheme. I need help with part b!!!

Not sure that diagram / working matches the question as the side lengths dont match. Which one is correct?

though why there is a 6 on there is strange/wrong. Also I doubt the 12 in the orignal question would give two solutions.

From a (very) quick scan, the one I linked makes sense and it is important for you to be able to sketch the info and work out why there are two solutions (and for your question why there are not).
