plastic bag in black bins?
so i put a plastic tesco bag full of rubbish in the black bins and forgot you’re not supposed to. Will the binmen refuse to take my rubbish if it’s not in a bin bag? the bin has maggots in it somehow and i don’t want to take the bag out but obviously will if i have to
