It comes fully furnished with a double bed, a TV, wardrobe, bedside table, full length mirror, or also has a built in oven and more. This can be done either as a 44 week or 51 week tenancy perfect for students. It has fast unlimited broadband and wifi. As well as this all your bills are included so as a student you have nothing else to worry about! It also has no deposit. This accommodation is 20 mins from the train station, 20 mins to the University of Leicester and 4 minutes from De Montfort university by walk. It is located where lots of shops are as lidl and Tesco express are two minutes from the accommodation and there are more shops surrounding it.
