Hi I'm looking for a full time university student going to either UOL or DMU to Takeover my Tenancy at 140 new walk.

It is run by hello student and the tenancy runs from the 9th September 2023 to the 31st August 2024. 51 weeks.

It is £164 a week with no deposit. Rent includes all bills including WiFi, a gym, cinema room, quiet study, secure bike shed and laundry room.

It's a studio so you'll have your own private bathroom and kitchen.

Located close to both of the universities aswell as highcross/city centre and the train station. Has private parking.
