Tenancy takeover Liverpool URGENT

I am looking for a FULL TIME university student urgently in Liverpool to take over my tenancy academic year 2023-2024 (starting 9th September). rent is £130 PW. The flat is in paddington park house.
All bills are included.

Located close to the city centre, John Moores University and a short walk to University of Liverpool and Hope Park creative campus.

Room includes - En-suite bathroom, 3/4 size bed, large desk and chair, double wardrobe, multiple shelving units, drawers, full size mirror and central heating.
Kitchen includes - cooker, fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave, vacuum, breakfast bar & stools.
Property includes - WIFI, parking & bike storage, laundry room, courtyard, smoking area, vending machine, on-site maintenance.
