I need help I'm fell depressed

It's complicated but there's a lot of different help.

The University or college might have their own help (ask the reception I guess or look on the web site).

There are also support lines and support websites: mind, Samaritans (Childline is younger), some places have Sanctuarys, there is Crisis Point charity depending where you live, men's mental health charities, anxiety and trauma charities - and lots of other charities if you google.

I found hypnotherapy useful (either in person or free stuff e.g. youtube), affirmations (books, youtube etc), meditation (classes, books, youtube or sound cloud), a book called The Healing Handbook Tara Ward which is about releasing old emotions and trauma in a safe way using different techniques (pick your technique as some might not be for you). And so on.
