Tenancy Swap

I want to move out of the house I was staying at but legally I have to keep paying till they / I find someone to replace me. Anyone interested? It is however unfortunately £845 per month. 31 Wedmore Park, BA2 1JZ, Bath; Joint Living. House is newly renovated - you can do a 3D tour on their website. It's a lovely place, room 1s got a spider issue though a little bit. Housemates are all lovely and areas quiet, easy to get to also. If anyone knows anyone who could be interested please let me know, and I'll give you all the contact details.

If anyone has any legal advice, that'd be great as I'm now having to find a well paying full time job to pay for everything, and may have to work during studies next year which isn't necessarily feasible.
