For my EPQ, I'm doing AI in medicine, and I have created my own neural network for diagnosis of heart disease based on the level of cholesterol in the blood. Should I include a code review section to show what my code is and how it works?

In your actual essay I presume? If so, you should definitely put it in your essay along with the explanation.
