- Compliment a friend or family member
- Help a neighbour or friend
- Spread Positivity
- Reach out to a friend or family member that you may have not spoken to in a while. You sometimes don't notice when someone is struggling and needs help.
- Donate a small item to a food bank and help the cost-of-living crisis.

However, it is equally important to be kind to yourself. This is not just today but is a priority everyday. Remember to do something every day to be kind to yourself and your mental health.
