Difference between de and des (French)

Hi,
I'm so confused with this, why is de used instead of des . Isn't the noun of this sentence plural "l’achat de bons produits"
Basically:
"l'achat de bons produits" = "the purchase of good products"
"l'achat des bons produits" = "the purchase of the good products"

This helped me sort of understand it when I did french a level:

Make sure to click on the hyperlinks on the website as it takes you to separate pages with more info on different scenarios of de, du, de la etc.
