Is anyone looking to take over a tenancy for September of 2024. It’s a gold studio at the Urban Hub in Preston and costs £180 per week it’s very spacious and has a really nice view. The staff are very nice and I’ve never experienced my parcels being stolen. The accommodation is very clean and hygienic. If you’d like to see pictures search “urban hub prestige student living gold room” and it should come up. Perfect room for those who like a top floor view. If your interested reply here
