Draw them out. All carbons have four bonds all nitrogen atoms have 3 (hydrogen 1)

Won't that waste time in the exam though? I'm looking for a faster way, like a formula to find it out, because in a recent test I did, I was told to draw 7 isomers of a compound but I only got about 3 right.
