Durham Uni (Unite Students Houghall) Tenancy takeover for 2024/2025
Hi all.
My son has an en-suite room at the Unite Students property in Houghall for the 2024/25 academic year that he would like to make available for someone to take over as he has just been offered a place in halls (which was where he wanted to be).
The cost is £210 pw (all bills included). We did put down an initial £250 deposit so I am unsure if Unite will ask for the deposit again or not given that it has been paid once already). If you are interested please express an interest here and I will put you in direct contact to sort out the details with him and he can propose you to Unite Students.
