I’m looking for a replacement tenant for a standard first floor studio room which includes your own kitchen and bathroom area. The studio is located in postcode B1 and is a short walk from Birmingham City University.
It is a fantastic place and I did enjoyed my time staying here but I just want to live in a different area that is not located in the city centre.

• 44 weeks tenancy starting 07/09/24-11/07/2025 1st Rent Installment due on 12/08/24 which is £3432.00 plus £250 deposit, 2nd rent installment due on 13/01/25 which is 3432.00 and final installment is £3432.00 which is due on 28/04/25
• £234 per week for 44 weeks
• All bills included
• £250 deposit.
• UK Guarantor required
