Looking for a tendency takeover

Hi, I live in Sheffield s3 golden studio (student roost)

I’m looking for someone to take my place as I want to live with my 2 friends in a 3 bedroom house. My contract with student roost ends on the 1st of June. I pay 139 weekly with bills included.

It’s a great studio to live, it has free wifi, free gym, close to both universities, clean and quite.I love our study space and common room (it’s huge) plus the laundry area. Maintenance is amazing and I love the staff at reception (funny & kind )

I’ve already moved out and I need someone to take my place this month, it’s ready for viewings and immediate move in.

It’s a kind sized bed, huge huge kitchen honestly you could fit a dining table there if you wanted to. The storage is a lot plus so many shelves. The bathroom is decent sized it’s spacious and clean.
