Study stress/mental disorganisation

Hi, I’m a mature students studying classical studies with the OU. I have the hardest time sitting down and concentrating and it’s getting be behind with my studies and sometimes making me feeling ill.
I sit down, read for a few minutes, get up, look at my phone, read some more, think about anything other than my work, read some more, look at my phone, have a break even though I’ve barely done anything etc. The cycle is worse and it’s almost daily at this point. I end up very annoyed at myself, anxious and often times with a headache and barely any progress with my studies.
Does anyone else get stuck in these cycles and what can I do to help? Thanks
I get this too.
What I found that helped was:
1) It sounds childish but the app flora was really useful when I needed to study for long periods of time
2) If you have an iPhone you can set do not disturb for certain times I set mine to turn on at 6pm every day so I’m less distracted whilst studying
3) Taking regular breaks when you’re studying and in that break time try to avoid going on your phone and instead get up and move or do something else
