Depression and Anxiety Help

Hi,
I have been suffering from depression and anxiety for years. I recently started trying to get help, however, it feels like the world is against me. It's impossible! The NHS wait times are 9-10 months, university does not provide enough support. I tried therapy through the university and it was not helpful at all.

I am starting to give up now. Is anyone in the same position?

Does anyone have any suggestions on self-help books, podcasts, or anything?

Could we please support each other?
Have you been offered any online CBT? Your GP may be able to refer you for this - not ideal but at least something whilst your are waiting for in-person help. If you are willing to try self-help resources, the NHS inform website is very good - https://www.nhsinform.scot/illnesses-and-conditions/mental-health/
