Is it statutory all school should have counselling services especially secondary school?
In the UK, as I understand it, there is currently not a legal requirement for schools to provide in-school counselling services. Despite this, it is good practice for the school to support student's mental health (for example, support referrals to CAMHS). I hope this helps
