What is it?
It's an illuminati-run network designed to use students to promote British interests.
The organisation is funded by the British Council and the Dept for Education. The permanent secretary of State, Robert Bell, who runs this institution along with Gove (presently) has been Knighted the Most Honourable Order of the Bath, an illuminati order.
