No, the Oxford Union in particular full of people like you.
Oxford is generally regarded as more politically Conservative than Cambridge. I suspect Cambridge used to be more Conservative than it is today but prime ministers who attended Cambridge haven't existed for a long time, the last being Stanley Baldwin, who left office in 1937. Cambridge had spies for Russia.
